Mr. WardI beg to move, in page 114, line 46, to leave out from "a" to "county" in line 3 on page 115.
Clause 212 (2) provides for the application to Scotland of the references in the 741 Bill to a county court. I am advised that this object can be achieved more clearly and accurately by the deletion of the words proposed to be left out. The Army Bill was amended in this way, but, by an oversight, the same correction was not made to this Bill.
