(2) how many applications for admission to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary are at present before the hospital board.
Commander GalbraithAt the end of 1954 the total number of persons recorded as awaiting admission to Edinburgh hospitals was 8,567, of whom 3,659 were on the list of the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
