§ Mr. Lennox-BoydLast season's crop of 395,000 tons was cleared by mid-October. Of this season's crop, estimated at 425,000 tons, some 44,000 tons had been cleared by early December. A small amount will be moved by river, and it is planned to clear the remainder by rail over the next eleven months. Movement at present is ahead of schedule.
