§ Mr. NugentRecent discussion of this subject by the Agricultural Machinery Advisory Committee indicates that manufacturers of agricultural machinery are in general aware of the need to provide adequate guards for power take-offs and driving shafts. My Department has published a leaflet which emphasises the necessity of providing, and keeping in place, such guards.
