§ 3. Mr. G. Longdenasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will send a message of congratulation to the Austrian National and Federal Councils on 27th April, which is the tenth anniversary of the re-establishment of the Austrian Republic.

I agree that it would be an appropriate gesture to send a message of congratulations to the Austrian Parliament on this auspicious occasion; and I suggest that you, Mr. Speaker, should be asked to send a message to the President of the Austrian National Council on behalf of this House.
