asked the Minister of Health when he now expects to receive the report of the Guillebaud Committee; and when it will be published.

I understand that the Report may be ready by the autumn. It will, of course, be published soon thereafter.

Can the right hon. Gentleman say whether the publication is likely to be interfered with by any other untoward events?

Whatever events may occur, I am sure that it will be a Conservative Minister who will present it to the House.
