§ 9. Mr. Bennasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies the annual Government expenditure on medical services per capita for the African, Asian and European populations, respectively, in Uganda, Kenya, Tanganyika, Nyasaland and Northern Rhodesia.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydSince Government medical services in these territories are organised for the benefit of the community irrespective of race it is impossible to give per capita details of 1183 expenditure separately for the African, Asian and European populations. Health services in Nyasaland and Northern Rhodesia have now become a Federal responsibility.
