I beg to move, in page 76, line 45, to leave out subsection (3), and to insert: (3) Any order made under the last preceding subsection shall be made by statutory instrument and, at any time before the day appointed thereby, may be revoked or varied by a subsequent order under that subsection. This is a purely precautionary provision to safeguard the position in case it should become necessary to amend the Order fixing the date of coming into force of the Bill.
