I beg to move, in page 7, line 14 to leave out from first "was," to "to," and insert: entitled in the same capacity both to the claim holding and. At the same time we might consider the Amendment in page 11, line 35, which inserts exactly the same words in the subsequent Clause. This and the following Amendment are there to make it clear that where the Bill speaks of the holder of a claim holding being entitled to the interest in land to which the claim relates it means entitled in the same capacity. He must be entitled in the same capacity. For instance, he could be entitled to the claim holding as an owner and entitled to an interest in the land as a trustee. It is merely an Amendment for clarification purposes.
