Mr. Speaker

I regret to have to inform the House of the death of Sir Edward Herbert Keeling, M.C., Member for Twickenham, and I desire on behalf of the House to express our sense of the loss

"respecting application of Standing Order No. 29 (Closure of Debate) during Session 1953–54 (1) in the House and in Committee of the whole House, under the following heads:—
