In page 53, line 28, leave out from first "of" to "shall" in line 30 and insert: sections twenty-five and twenty-eight of this Act. In line 32, leave out "section twenty-five of this Act" and insert: the said section twenty-five. In line 41, leave out "in such a case" and insert: the claim is in respect of a refusal of permission or of a grant of permission subject to conditions and."—[Special Entry.] In page 54, line 1, leave out from "relates" to end of line 2 and insert: In this subsection, the reference to a decision more favourable to the applicant shall be construed—

  1. (a) in relation to a refusal of permission, as a reference to a decision granting the permission, either unconditionally or subject to conditions, and either as respects the whole or as respects part of the land to which the application for permission related; and
  2. (b) in relation to a grant of permission subject to conditions, as a reference to a decision granting the permission applied for unconditionally or subject to less stringent conditions."
