Lords Amendments agreed to: In page 43, line 25, leave out from beginning to "for" in line 29 and insert: In connection with a compulsory acquisition to which this Part of this Act applies—

  1. (a) any compensation in respect of an interest in land".

In line 35, leave out from "disturbance" to "shall" in line 36.
