§ 30. Mr. Stewardasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will send a circular to all housing authorities requesting them to refrain from evicting married sons and daughters of tenants of council houses and their families, where the total number of persons living in the accommodation does not exceed the number stated on the rent book, in accordance with the provisions of the Housing Act, 1936.
