(1) There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament any expenses incurred by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries or the Secretary of State by virtue of Part I of this Act.

(2) There shall be paid into the Exchequer any sums received by or on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries or the Secretary of State—

  1. (a) under subsection (2) of section one hundred of the Agriculture Act, 1947, or subsection (2) of section forty-one of the Agriculture (Scotland) Act, 1948, as applied or extended by section one or subsection (1) of section two of this Act; or
  2. (b) under section one hundred and one of the Agriculture Act, 1947, or section forty-two of the Agriculture (Scotland) Act, 1948, as extended by subsection (2) of section two of this Act.—[Mr. Amory.]
