§ It is hereby declared that the duties which members of the armed forces of the Crown may be called upon to undertake as members of those forces include civil defence and the 690 undergoing of training therein, and nothing in the provisions of this Act shall be construed as limiting the generality of this section.—[Mr. de Freitas.]
