§ Mr. James Hudson (Ealing, North)I beg to move, "That the Bill be now read the Third time." Like other speakers on the previous Bills with which we have just dealt, I wish to thank the Government for the help that they have given to those interested in this Bill, in particular the Co-operative movement. The official element, with its cold hand of caution, has somewhat damped down our more ardent hopes, but we have received very great help and we wish to express our thanks accordingly.
