§ Mr. LewisWhile I rather anticipated that reply, may I ask the Financial Secretary if he is aware of the fact that in the opinion of the Department of the Civil Service there are no civil servants in this position, that in the opinion of local government departments there is no one in 187 this position, and in the opinion of private enterprise there are no workers or staff in this position? The only section of the population in this position is Members of Parliament, and will he look at this matter to see if they cannot be put on the same basis as the rest of the community.
