§ Mr. MarplesMy right hon. Friend has heard of very few difficulties because of the £20 limit, but he will watch this point.
§ Mr. Walker-SmithMy hon. Friend appreciates, does he not, that if £20 was 1930 the right figure in 1936, it can hardly be the right figure today if this matter were to be reviewed?
