Mr. Pageasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware that the Metropolitan Police practice of handing a small printed form to an accused person is an inadequate method of informing that person of his or her right to, and sometimes need of, legal aid; and what steps he will take to ensure that the information is more effectively given.
