Amendment made: In page 31, line 8, at end, insert:
(2) The provisions of subsections (1), (2) and (5) of section one hundred and sixty-six of the Housing (Scotland) Act, 1950, shall apply to any appeal to the sheriff under subsection (5) of section seventeen of this Act as they apply to appeals to the sheriff under that Act.—[The Lord Advocate.]
