§ Miss HorsbrughI think I made the position clear in the debate on Monday. Children are going from old buildings into new schools. In fact, one in six of 662 all the children are now in schools that have been built since the war. That process is continuing. We shall have fewer children in the bad schools and will get to the stage in which we shall be able to pull down the old schools when we have sufficient new ones for the children to go into.
