It is within the tradition of the House that when, in the course of an important Ministerial statement of policy, an error of fact is included, the earliest opportunity should be taken to correct that error. Yesterday, the Prime Minister made an important statement in relation to—

Order. That is not a point of order at all; it is merely a point of debate. The hon. Member submitted a Private Notice Question to me which I think he is now trying to introduce by way of a point of order. The Question was wholly out of order, and I cannot allow it to be raised as a point of order.
