I beg to move, in page 80, line 42, to leave out subsection (3), and to insert: (3) Any order made under the last preceding subsection shall be made by statutory instrument and may, at any time before the day appointed thereby, be revoked or varied by a subsequent order under that subsection. This is a purely precautionary Amendment. If an error were made in the order fixing the date of coming into force of the Bill it would be most inconvenient to have no power to amend it.
