Lords Amendment: In page 36, line 28, at end, insert: (2) So much of subsection (5) of section seven of the Act of 1938 as enables documents to be served on agents or persons receiving rent shall apply for the purposes of this Part of this Act as if references therein to the principal Acts included references to this Part of this Act.

This Amendment is little more than a drafting Amendment. It puts right what was originally in the Bill as drafted, and allows a certificate to be served upon the landlord's agent.
