I beg to move, in page 62, line 38, to leave out from "Prevent," to "and," in line 41, and to insert: the occurrence of accidents due to any such vehicles' running away. As at present drafted, the Clause requires provision of safety devices to prevent vehicles in mines running away. We have already dealt with that point, and the Amendment is consequential.

Further Amendments made: In line 42, leave out "so far as practicable."
