§ Mr. HendersonThe reply to which the hon. Gentleman has referred gave no information at all. As this conference first met nine months ago can the Minister say what are the difficulties which seem to be standing in the way of agreement?
§ Mr. Dodds-ParkerAs the right hon. and learned Gentleman knows, this is a highly technical subject. The last meeting was to have been held in December, but was postponed. We hope that those concerned have been celebrating Christmas, apart from anything else.
