§ Mr. MolsonThe road programme which my right hon. Friend announced on 8th December includes, in its first few years, the following new roads which will be motorways:
Port Talbot By-Pass 4¼ miles Preston By-Pass 9 miles Ross Spur 23 miles Lancaster By-Pass 12 miles
§ Mr. JannerIs the Minister not aware that it is highly important to have as much mileage as possible over these motorways in consequence of the fact that they are of economic value as well as for the purposes of road safety? Does he think he can extend the mileage further than he has already decided to do?
