Is he not aware that church parades have been taking place in this Command contrary to the provisions of Queen's Regulations, which say that they may only 1807 take place on occasions of local or national importance, that quite a number have taken place, and that I was asked about this by an indignant garrison in an "Any Questions" broadcast?
