Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the payment of supplementary allowances and of pensions to persons who are or have been widows of certain former members of the Royal Irish Constabulary, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament at rates prescribed by regulations made under the said Act and in such cases prescribed by the regulations as the Secretary of State thinks fit—
