§ 15. Mr. G. M. Thomsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he is taking to increase the number of hygienic insulated vans for the transport of meat in Scotland
Commander Galbraith: My right hon. Friend has no power to enforce a greater use of insulated vehicles in meat transport. He is, however, considering with the Minister of Food regulations to improve generally the hygienic standards of meat transport.
§ Mr. ThomsonCould the Minister say whether his Department has made any representations on this subject to the licensing tribunal?
Commander GalbraithThat is a matter for the Minister of Transport. Perhaps the hon. Member would put down a Question on the Order Paper.
