§ Mr. HopkinsonI have already made it clear that the Government have asked—indeed urged—Colonial Governments to bring their practice into conformity with the practice in this country. We are awaiting replies from certain Territories, and when we get them we shall review the whole situation and see what further action requires to be taken to carry out that intention.
