§ Mr. WiggWould the right hon. Gentleman be good enough to make an exception in this case? Is he aware that this is a very pressing need indeed, which does not concern only Stourbridge but the whole of that part of the West Midlands, and that it is really an outrage that it should be left so long?
§ Mr. MacleodI am sorry to seem so obstinate, but I do not make this choice. I do know the need of the hospital, and I should like to see some agreed scheme, though I do not myself know the size, started soon.
