Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for pensions and other superannuation benefits in respect of service as president of the Industrial Court, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of the amount of any superannuation allowances under that Act and of any increase attributable to that Act in the sums payable out of moneys provided by Parliament under paragraph 1 of the Third Schedule to the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act, 1950.—[Sir W.
