§ Mr. LytteltonI have at present nothing to add to the announcement made by the Kenya Government on 30th March. A meeting was held that day between Government representatives and six terrorist leaders, who afterwards returned to their gangs to discuss surrender arrangements. It was agreed that a further meeting would be held later, but this has not yet taken place.
