May I ask the Lord Privy Seal whether he has any statement to make on business?

I should like to inform the House that at the beginning of business on Thursday it is proposed to move a Motion for an humble Address to Her Majesty on the occasion of the Royal tour of the Commonwealth. The terms of the proposed Motion will appear on the Order Paper tomorrow.
