§ Mr. J. StuartIt is hoped that work on the Spey Valley Survey will be completed by about the middle of 1954. In the 759 absence of comprehensive arterial drainage legislation, drainage work on the Spey could, of course, only be carried out by means of a voluntary scheme with the agreement of all the interested proprietors.
