Amendment made: In page 10, line 9, at end, add:
(2) Where damage has been done to a way by the exercise of the power conferred by this section, the river board may, and in so far as so directed by the Minister shall, at any time thereafter during the works period or within twelve months from the expiration thereof, do any work on the land over which the way runs needed for making good the damage, and the power of entry conferred by paragraph (b) of the preceding subsection shall be exercisable for that purpose.—[Sir T.
