§ Mr. LytteltonAs my information on this subject is not complete, I am consulting the Governors of the East African territories, and will circulate the reply required which will be very long, in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
§ Mr. HaleI am obliged to the right hon. Gentleman for that answer, but will he really bear in mind that there is a valuable body of Asian opinion representing a moderate influence in Kenya in matters of this kind which could play a very much bigger part, if called upon to do so, than is the case at the moment.
