§ Mr. HeadIndustries, including the nationalised industries, are being invited to raise Home Guard sub-units for the defence of industrial installations of operational importance. The National Joint Advisory Council, with whom I discussed the matter, have agreed to this proposal and advised their constituent members: and I am grateful for their co-operative attitude.
