asked the Minister of Transport how soon he anticipates receiving the report of the Committee appointed by him to examine the problem of pollution of coastal waters by oil.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

I understand that the preparation of the Committee's Report is well advanced, and I expect to receive it at an early date.
