Mr. Mitchison

I beg to move, in page 3, line 19, at the end, to insert: either generally or in any particular case. This and the similar Amendments to page 3, line 23, and page 4, line 3, are intended to give the Minister, who has the power of determining certain limits in connection with these funds, an express power to do so either generally or with regard to each particular case.
