§ Mr. LytteltonMy attention has not been drawn to this. If the hon. Member cares to furnish me with information about instances of avoidable cruelty I will ask the Governor to look into the matter.
§ Mr. HastingsIf I send the right hon. Gentleman photographs which I have in my possession showing the dilapidated condition of these premises, and the blood and filth and offal lying about, will he have a careful look at them and make inquiries?
