Resolution reported,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the Federation of Southern Rhodesia, Northern Rhodesia and Nyasaland, and for purposes connected therewith, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament, or out of the Consolidated Fund, of any increase in sums payable thereout under any other enactment attributable to an Order in Council under the said Act or to any instrument made under that Order.
