§ Mr. GammansI am afraid I cannot see the vanishing point, but certainly we should have been able to get on with this much more quickly if it had not been for the storm damage earlier this year. My hon. and gallant Friend will be pleased to know that some additional exchange equipment is planned for this area, and that should do a good bit to relieve the situation.
