§ Sir D. EcclesI beg to move, in page 6, line 25, to leave out subsection (2).
This Amendment and the last Amendment on the Order Paper, in Clause 18, page 12, line 25, to insert subsection (4), go together. They are put down in order to make the reference to the county of Monmouth, as being taken with the Principality of Wales, apply not only to the first part of the Bill, but to the whole Bill.
