asked the Under-Secretary of State for Air what allocation of nylon stockings is to be made to the members of the Women's Royal Air Force.

The scale for airwomen will be two pairs. I hope that issues will begin in March.

Does the hon. Gentleman appreciate the pleasure that this information will give to a body of women who have been disappointed time and time again? This problem, a fundamental problem to any normal woman, has caused a lot of bad feeling because the W.R.A.F. feel that the W.R.N.S. have had better treatment than they have.
