32. Mr. Fernyhough

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he has considered the protest of the International Committee of the Red Cross made in May, 1952, to the United Nations Command in Korea regarding a violation of the Geneva Convention on the treatment of prisoners; and if he will place in the Library a copy of the protest together with the reply of the United Nations Commander.

Yes, Sir. I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Windsor (Mr. Mott-Radclyffe) on 19th December. The documents were placed in the Library last month.
