I cannot yet add to the answer I gave on 21st January to a Question by the hon. Member for Oldham, West (Mr. Hale).

Will the Home Secretary try to hurry up this report, as this matter is now very much in the public mind since a recent trial?

On the other hand, it is important that the Commission should, as they are doing, study the law and practice of other countries in order that they may give us a complete picture, and I am sure they appreciate—although I shall certainly have it conveyed to the chairman—that the House is waiting anxiously for the report.
