Cases from Skye and the Western Isles are heard by the Inverness Committee. This Committee consists of an independent chairman and two members selected from a panel of employers' and workers' representatives. There are two employers' representatives from Skye on the Panel—Major I. R. Hilleary and Mr. J. Stewart.
