§ Mr. LytteltonA precise answer to the first part of the Question is not readily available. As regards the second part, the cost must be negligible since such transfers from outside Kenya are exceptional. There is much to be said for more frequent and shorter leave periods, but I doubt whether they would result in any financial saving.
